Caelion Collective provides private psychological and strategic counsel that is consultative, educational, and developmental in nature.
It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
No clinician–patient relationship is established through this website or through initial consultation.
Engagements are entered by mutual consent following private consultation and written agreement.
3. Confidentiality and Discretion
All communications with Caelion Collective — including inquiries, consultations, and correspondence — are strictly confidential.
No information, written or verbal, will be disclosed without express written consent, except as required by law.
Discretion is integral to all forms of engagement.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, design, and written materials appearing on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Caelion Collective, PLLC.

All engagements with Caelion begin with a Private Consultation, which serves as an introduction, not an obligation to retain or continue services.
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time and intellectual preparation are reserved specifically for each engagement.
Subsequent retainers or immersions are governed by individual written agreements detailing scope, structure, and terms of access.
7. Fees and Payment
All professional fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are due upon invoice.
Payment constitutes acceptance of the engagement scope and terms outlined in the corresponding agreement.
No refunds are provided after work has commenced.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caelion Collective and Dr. Cari M. Oliver shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or participation in any engagement.
Engagement with Caelion constitutes acceptance of this limitation and acknowledgment that the work is consultative, not clinical.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alpena, Michigan.
10. Modifications
Caelion Collective reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Revised terms become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
